We will start the day with gentle yoga at the glorious in-house Yoga Shala. It provides a warm, spacious place to practice, with sweeping wooden floors and valley-facing windows.


After a nourishing, buffet style breakfast, you will be invited to join our 2 hour daily educational workshop on health related topics (eg sleep, enery and mental health). Post completion, you will discover your own personal barriers to achieving steady energy levels during the day followed by a good night’s sleep. The workshops are based on the latest research yet delivered in the practical way. We provide doable advice that can be easily incorporated into your busy life.

To absorb the knowledge you will have gained, there will be plenty of free time before lunch and in the early afternoon. Why not explore the secret fairy-forest of the old quarry, walk the coastal trails surrounding the area, cycle around the picturesque local villages, or spend your days lounging on the beach?

Every participant will have a chance to delve deeper and discuss their health concerns during a 1-1 taster nutrition consultation with our experienced nutritionist in the afternoon.

Before dinner, you will have a chance to unwind and relax fully by participating in guided meditation or a relaxing slow yoga session.

At night we will come together for communal meals at the long wooden table. What a more perfect way to finish your day snug in by the fire, or stargaze in the quiet wilderness?
